About Beaux Reves Villa

Beaux Reves is a beautiful stone, contemporary 5 Star luxurious country home with 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms all with private bathrooms & heated private swimming pool & large private garden.
Recently renovated & restored to the highest levels of comfort with quality, tasteful & stylish furnishings. Free Wifi. It can accommodate up to 7 people.

Private Bathrooms

All the bathrooms in this beautiful & spacious (190 m²) country home are well equipped with showers, toilets, toiletries, sink, & one bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.

Bedrooms

2 bedrooms have king size beds, & one bedroom has a large double bed & a single bed as well. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with extra comfort mattresses & pillows & have high quality bedlinen & towels to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. They all have air conditioning.

The kitchen

This luxury fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Electric oven & gas hob, allows you to discover & sample the delights of Périgordine Cuisine with your friends and family.

Laundry room

The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board, sink, baby equipment (highchair, pushchair, stair gates etc).
There is a separate cloakroom & WC. We can also provide cots and bedding for babies at no extra cost.

Living/Dining area

There is a spectacular 70 m² living/dining area with exposed stone walls, seating for up to 8 people, UK & French Satellite TV & wood burning stove.
The dining area is open plan, light & spacious with a large beautiful oak table with comfortable seating for 8 people. It opens out directly onto a large private south facing terrace (45 m²) with BBQ & private heated outdoor swimming pool (8×4 m)

Exterior

The outdoor private heated swimming pool is fenced for extra security for children. Surrounded by sun loungers, it looks out over extensive private gardens & the beautiful surrounding countryside, ensuring your complete privacy.
The pool is open from mid April to mid Sept & heated from May to Sept, weather permitting.
There is private parking for up to 3 cars.

In the heart of the Perigord Noir, Dordogne, South west France, 5 mins walk to a popular local restaurant, 12km from Sarlat-la-Canéda, 13km from the world famous caves of Lascaux, 1.5km from the pretty market village of Salignac-Eyvigues with all essential amenities you could need & close to the Dordogne river valley.

Within easy reach of the very best of everything this spectacular region has to offer. Beaux Reves is surrounded by breathtaking peaceful Dordogne Countryside & has panoramic views over Carlucet’s stunning eleventh century Roman church across the small valley.

There are many glorious walking & cycling trails that start from the doorstep. The surrounding Countryside is filled with amazing wildlife, rare & beautiful wild flowers.
Many of the most beautiful villages in France, majestic Chateaux along the banks of the Dordogne & 147 UNESCO World Heritage sites of prehistoric importance are all close by.
