Reservations

In order to make your reservation we will require a credit card number (VISA or Mastercard) and its expiry date. This is to guarantee your booking only. You will be able to settle your bill during your stay with us; this can either be the total cost of your stay or the balance if an agreed deposit has been paid in advance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel up to 14 days before arrival. However your cancellation will be subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

bulletFor a stay of four nights or less: the cost of one night
bulletFor a stay of more than four nights: 25% of the total amount

If cancellations are made less than 14 days before arrival the total cost of your stay will be payable. We strongly recommend that a cancellation insurance policy be taken out.

We will, however, endeavour to re-let your room and if we are able to do this we will of course waive the cancellation fee.
